Paying  You can pay by Paypal, cheque or card. If paying by cheque please make payable to Snapdragon and write your home address, cheque card number and expiry date on the reverse.  We accept most major debit and credit cards Please note it is our policy not to charge credit cards until goods are ready for dispatch. It is our policy not to charge until dispatch.

Delivery We aim to dispatch your goods within 7 working days from receipt of your order (subject to stock availability). Personalised/made to order items may take up to 21 days for delivery. A signature may be required upon delivery. Postage within the UK is included in all prices - please e-mail for postage prices to Europe and the rest of the world - often it isn't very much extra.  A confimation e-mail confirming the receipt of order does not indicate that a contract exists.

Returns We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with as long as the goods are returned in original condition within seven days of receipt. If you return an item please ask for proof of postage from your post office. Delivery charges and return postage will be refunded. We cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit. If an item is damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund. Personalised / made to order items are not returnable unless faulty.
